Anna university Declared Holiday Due to Sri Lanka Issue Strike

Anna University declared holiday for all engineering colleges affiliated to anna university without mentioning any reopening date. Past few weeks Tamil Nadu students started to focus the sri lanka war crime issue. Loyola college started the strike few days ago and spread all over tamil nadu arts and science colleges. 2 days ago IIT madras started strike and few engineering colleges started strike and protest. Today students of few engineering colleges under Anna university including College of Engineering, Guindy(CEG) joined the protest.
Thus Anna university announced to close all the engineering colleges without any date of reopening and asked the students to vacate the hostels to avoid any problems. Please Don't forget to Confirm With your College. Since this news was published in Sun News.
Anna university Re Opening date after Strike
Anna university Colleges will be opened only when all the students stop their strike or demand is satisfied. With today (21.03.2013) US resolution is passed in UNO, If India supported the resolution. But didn't make any revisions and students are not satisfied. Strike continues.
Most colleges has informed the students that leave is till Thursday and asked to confirm with college whether Friday(22.03.2013) is working. Some colleges said that reopening date may be on Monday(25.03.2013).
