In Chennai, 50 percent students of CBSE have got 80 % in class 10

On Monday, 6th May 2019, class 10 results of Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE were declared. The CBSE schools in the city of Chennai could now feel happy and proud that their class 10 students have got very high marks. The amazing information is more than half the students have scored 400 marks out of total 500. It has been pointed out by the representatives belonging to some institution that there has been a slight dip in the number of students who have scored above 490. The reason cited was because of difficult science and social studies question papers.
Chinmaya Vidyalaya is a highly popular school located in Virugambakkam in Chennai and a student belonging to that school scored 496 out of 500. It must be noted that the student got second position in the state of TN. She expressed her delight in getting 496 marks and said she did not expect such high marks like 496. In class 11, she wants to take up commerce and mathematics group.
It was pointed out by another student belonging to Velammal Vidyalaya School in Mel Ayambakkam that the board examinations were very easy. She compared board exams with the revision tests that were conducted by her school and said the revision tests were tougher. She got 496 marks and has opted for biology with mathematics group as she wants to study medicine.
Located in Nanganallur is a highly popular school named Modern Senior Secondary School and a student from this school has got 491 marks out of 500 in class 10. He expressed his happiness about his high marks and said he joined biology group as he wanted to do bio-technology in the future. He was of the opinion that some questions belonging to science as well as social studies were little tricky.
The important information collected is all principals as well as the teachers were happy regarding the class 10 results. The principal of Bhavan`s Rajaji Vidyashram in Kilpauk, Mr. P.G. Subramanian, spoke about how 87 percent of students who had appeared for class 10 examinations have passed out with more than 80 percentage or distinction. He was extremely happy that 110 students belonging to his institution got above 95 percent in class 10.
Asan Memorial Senior Secondary School principal, Sunitha Vipinchandran, expressed her thoughts. She threw light on how out of 172 students who have appeared for the class 10 examinations 45 students have scored above 450 marks.
