Today (Saturday, 3rd June) is the last day to submit engineering applications. The merit list of the candidates who have applied will be released on 22nd June.
There are over 570 engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. In these colleges, there are about 2 Lakhs seats available for admission to various faculties of engineering courses.
These seats for admission are filled by general counselling conducted by Anna University.

The process of online application for admission to the above engineering courses commenced on 1st May and concluded on 31st May. Over 1.5 Lakhs candidates have applied online.
Today (Saturday, 3rd June) is the last day to submit a printout of the filled application attached with all the requisite proof of certificates and documents to the Anna University before 6 PM.

As already announced by Anna University, random numbers will be allotted on 20th June to the candidates who have applied online. Subsequently, the merit list of the applicants will be released on 22nd June. Counselling will start on 27th June.
