The correction of answer-sheets of the +2 public examinations is completed and the mark list compilation task is in the final stage. As such, the results are to be released as per the schedule.

+2 public examinations commenced in March and concluded on 6th April.

8.66 Lakhs students wrote. The activity of correction of answer-sheets commenced on 11th April and concluded by the end of April. The activity of answer-sheet corrections was carried out in 80 centres throughout Tamil Nadu. Over 40000 teachers were engaged.

The activity of compilation of mark list is nearing completion. It is expected all related activities would be completed by 12th May.

As such, the school education department authorities informed that the results of the +2 public examinations will be released as originally scheduled on 16th May.
