TRB (Teachers Recruitment Board) has announced the plan to recruit teachers to fill up the existing vacancies in the Tamil Nadu government schools.

As per this, 1325 teachers posts will be filled up. These are posts for special teachers in the faculty of physical education, drawing, music, and tailoring.

Age limit: The candidates must have completed 18 years of age and should be under 57 years of age. This will be calculated on the base of 1st July 2017.

Academic qualifications: The candidates must have passed +2, diploma, or degree and should have a diploma or degree in the related faculty.

Application Fees: For General and OBC cadre – Rs. 500. For SC/ST/ and differently-abled candidates, Rs. 250. The application fee can be made online.

Selection Procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance in the written examination and the interview.

Application Procedure: Eligible and interested candidates may apply online. The last date for application is 18th August 2017. The written examination is scheduled on 23rd September 2017.
