The IAS Academy was started through Manidha Naeyam Academy to facilitate the socially and economically backward candidates to prepare and participate in the National Level Competitive Examinations such as IAS and IPS by offering them free coaching classes.

Further, free coaching is given for preparing for the Group-1 and Group-2 Written examinations conducted by TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission).

So far, more than 2955 candidates have participated in the free coaching classes and are in several high posts.

As a part of the above services, free coaching classes are planned to be conducted for all the written examinations conducted by TNPSC.

The candidates interested in participating have to directly visit Manidha Naeyam Academy located the 1st Main Road, CIT Nagar, Chennai with passport-size photograph and register their names.
